I love Asheville… I am so glad that I went through here on my month-long road trip, because I found my new home! (I’m moving there on June 8th!) So, this spring I made my way back here a couple of times to spend time at in my future city with my dear friends Lina, Liz and Nick! Liz and I were having a blogging breakfast date (and a pitcher of bellinis) at Biscuit Head when Nick text me from work to tell us that he was up on Town Mountain and that the trees were covered with rime. I had never heard of rime, but Liz explained that it’s when the trees are covered with this freezing fog. It looks absolutely beautiful! So, since I didn’t even know what rime was, Liz and I decided to take a break from blogging and head up the mountain to check it out.
