When I moved to Asheville last month, Liz and Lina had planned a little ‘Welcome Home’ road trip for me to go see First Aid Kit in Carrboro! Making this my first road trip in my new home state! So, the three of us packed up and took off on a awesome overnight trip! Photo by Liz We made a little pitstop in Greensboro to see where Liz grew up! It was a fun little side adventure and we stopped at one of Liz’s childhood favorites- Yum Yum! This tiny little dive is located on the UNCG campus and they sell hot dogs and ice cream! I was a little shocked by the color of my hot dog, but worry not, this pink dog was super delicious, and I enjoyed my light and refreshing peach ice-cream. My whole meal was under $4!
