We only had an evening in Quebec City, but it was a great one. We didn’t really go into any sites, we simply strolled though this beautiful city. It was like walking in a small French town. The only two things that we really did were: walk up the old city walls and overlook the beautiful buildings, and then we drove up to the citadel for another view. I don’t really have a lot of information for you so, I’ll let our pictures do the talking.

July 1, 2013 at 8:38 pmWe are in Quebec in a few weeks, and staying Montreal 2 nights. Still haven’t decided if Quebec City is worth a quick side trip…. It would eat into the 3 days planned in Montreal. Lovely pics!

July 1, 2013 at 8:43 pmI really liked Quebec City. It was a nice, relaxing day for us. We didn’t do much of anything, we just walked around the city, but we had been doing a lot of site-seeing so it was a good break. I think that it looked more like a French village, but there is so much to see in Montreal. We spent a little less than two days in Montreal, and there were still a few things we wanted to do. I think if you have a big list in Montreal- do that, but if you’d like a relaxing (and romantic) evening go up to Quebec City.

July 2, 2013 at 2:38 pmIt really is beautiful. We enjoyed just walking around- it’s incredibly romantic also, so it’s a good place to visit with your husband. Thanks for reading!
