This week’s Wanderlust Wednesday is all about the Indiana Jones movies! (Well, 3 of the 4- the real Indiana Jones movies!) When I was a little girl my family had Indiana Jones night all the time. My brother and I were obsessed with these movies and all the adventures that Indiana had! These movies give you, not only beautiful views of a lot of different places, but these movies were also my first window into other cultures. Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) Raiders of the Lost Ark is all about Indiana Jones trying to find the Ark of the Covenant before the Nazis do. This movie takes you on a journey through France, England, Tunisia, Hawaii, and California. The Temple of Doom (1984) The Temple of Doom is probably my favorite of the Indiana Jones original trilogy. It has so much suspense and really interesting things that caught my attention as a child, like a different religion, different clothing and they ate monkey brains!!!
