This weekend I took a short little day trip to the Murphy Orchard in Marionville with my mom, brother and his girlfriend to visit the Murphy Orchard. I absolutely love fall- it’s my favorite season! So, of course I have to take in many fall-time activities, one of them being my first visit to an apple orchard.
The Murphy Orchard had a lot of different types of apples, other veggies, Old Time cookbooks, fruit spreads, fresh cider and my new favorite thing APPLE CIDER SLUSHES! They were absolutely delicious. The four of us had a slush (Cory had two!), we got gallons of Apple Cider and picked out apples and squashes. It was an absolute blast and I loved being able to experience a new fall tradition with my family!
