Hearts of the Ozarks Model T Club Ride

Lately I have been going insane without some traveling, and today I had the perfect day trip!  My grandma and her husband are members of the Hearts of the Ozarks Model T Club, and today they hosted the ride!  They very kindly asked me to take photographs of the ride and I excitedly agreed!

Today I cruised around the small towns of Rogersville, Marshfield, Strafford and Fordland in a 1926 Model T!  I had never ridden in one before, but now… I want one!  It’s the perfect road trip car because it requires you to take back-roads, and you go at such an easy-going-pace that you can take in the beauty around you- even if you’re driving!  Today they picked a beautiful route that followed farmland, rolling hills, streams and ponds.  Even though it wasn’t a huge road trip, or jet-setting to another continent, it was just what I needed to get me out of my lack-of-travel-funk!
