I’m introducing a new seasonal roundup series here on the blog! I’ve really missed doing my monthly recaps that we did during our 12-month trip. It was a really fun way to share some more personal stories, laughs and highlights all in one concise place. So, I’m going to do 4 seasonal roundups broken up into 3-month periods. Winter (December, January, February), Spring (March, April, May), Summer (June, July August) and Autumn (September, October, November). Additionally, I’ll continue to do my annual roundups. So, without any further ado, I’m going to kick this new series off. SUMMER 2019 TRAVEL ROUNDUP PLACES VISITED: MISSOURI (various day-trips), ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, COLORADO, NORTH CAROLINA + COSTA RICA! TRAVEL HIGHLIGHTS: AN ANNIVERSARY HIKE: Matt and I have taken a hike or hiking trip to celebrate each anniversary. This was our third and to celebrate, we did one of our very favorite hikes in the Ozarks: Big Bluff. It was a perfect way to celebrate together and have a mini-getaway outside.
