Goodbye, Summer. Hello, School.

Well it’s official: Summer. Is. Over.  I just got in from a bike ride, and I’m winding down for the night.  I can honestly say that this has been the best summer ever.  I spent so much time with my friends, made a lot of new friends, spent so much time outside and read some great books.  I was looking through my pictures from this summer and wanted to share of few of them with you.  Most of them I’ve blogged about (because a lot are trips), but I also threw in a couple that are just some random moments from my summer.  Hope everyone else has had as great of a summer as I have, and good luck to all those returning students!  Cheers!

On the very first day of summer vacation we had a sunset/night tea party for Stacey’s graduation/going away in my parents’ greenhouse.  It was pretty magical!

Hannah and I went to Fellow’s Lake to relax, picnic and read.

I photographed the June ride for the Hearts of the Ozarks Model T Club for the second time!i

I took Hannah on her first hiking trip ever in Blanchard Springs, Arkansas.

I spent a lot of time with Lilly who is moving away this week for school.  I’m so proud of her!  This is us showing off some funky moves before our friend Melissa tied the knot!  *Congrats to her as well*

Spent a couple weeks on the road with my papa!  Moab was a big highlight for me and I really enjoyed getting to spend some amazing one-on-one time with my dad.  For real, guys he’s the best.

My brother, Cory, met up with us on the road, and he got to mark some things off his Bucket List too!

Lil and I ate ourselves silly on this watermelon at Johnson’s Shut-Ins!

Something I did by myself a lot this summer was ride my bike.  This sunset was an especially pretty sunset and I had to stop and take a picture.

I loved Blanchard Springs State Park, it’s got some great hikes, and if you’re looking for a cute city it’s well known, but I love Eureka Springs. It’s great for a romantic weekend. I was born in Conway, but surprisingly haven’t done as much in Arkansas as I should! Do you have any plans for that trip already?
