May 1, 2013 at 9:17 amWhat, no Oregon? Put it on your list: Mt Hood National forest, Hells Canyon area, Opal Creek wilderness and the gorgeous coastline.
ashleypaige4
May 1, 2013 at 9:20 amI’ve been to Oregon and loved it! I was 13 though and wasn’t really comfortable blogging about it. There are several places I’ve been that I haven’t blogged about. I would love to make it out to Oregon again soon! Thanks for reading!

October 27, 2013 at 1:50 amHighly recommend adding some places from Africa, Asia or Middle East to your List – just as I need to add places from the American continents to my list!
PaigeBrown
October 30, 2013 at 8:12 pmI would love to visit Africa, Asia and the Middle East! I’m graduating in a little over a month, and I’ll have a lot more time to explore! I’ve mostly gone all over the US for the past few years because I can see the most for my time! Do you have specifics that you would suggest?

October 31, 2013 at 12:15 amOf course I must say Kenya as a place to visit 🙂 besides that Egypt,Jordan, Syria, Turkey and Israel are amazing. In Jordan its Petra and Wadi Rum that are the highlights. I was fortunate to visit Syria some years back before all the current troubles. I liked soaking up the history of Jerusalem old city in Israel. Turkey is cool – loads of great things to see and do there. Would love to return there.
SE Asia is pretty easy to travel through – some well trodden backpackers paths and great food! I love Vietnam – spent a month there could have stayed longer! I also have an affinity for Indonesia having lived there for 6 months.
Ah the list could go on 🙂

February 24, 2014 at 9:52 amYou really have to add the Outer Banks to your North Carolina list. Be prepared to photograph some really neat lighthouses, especially the all-brick construction of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse.
PaigeBrown
March 1, 2014 at 7:29 amThat’s what my boyfriend keeps telling me! He used to live in the Outer Banks, and I’m moving to Asheville in July with him, and he keeps saying that we HAVE to go to the Outer Banks! I just wrote Currituck Beach Lighthouse to my list! Thank you so much for the suggestion, and for checking out my blog!

March 3, 2014 at 5:41 pmHi Paige. Quite a wanderer indeed! (and at such a young age!)
As a frenchman born in Pakistan, raised in Africa, gone to Grad school at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide!) and now living in Mexico… Wanderlust is probably my middle name!
Love your blog. Honfleur and the Loire’s chateaux are not usual! Tasting your fist glass of wine in Paris is an excellent introduction!
Thank you for visiting my blog. Do come back as often as you can. I will post many travel-related stuff. And fiction in far-away places.
Take care
Brian

March 5, 2014 at 7:44 amBrian,
I think you are a wanderer indeed! I can’t wait to read more on Mexico! I’ve been dying to visit (and not be on a resort).
Thank you so much! I loved the Loire Valley! I would absolutely LOVE to go back to France and spend weeks in the countryside! Paris was pretty much the perfect place to have my first glass!
Thank you so much for reading! I can’t wait to discover Mexico’s treasures and read more from your blog! Cheers!

March 5, 2014 at 11:46 amOne more thing: about Mexico, you have to put Chiapas on your list. Quite far from the madding crowd and lovely. Went there a couple of years back. Thousands of photos I plan to select and share.
Take care
Brian

March 5, 2014 at 3:11 pmThanks for the advice! I just threw my umbrella in the suitcase! (I leave Saturday- so excited! Holy, gorgeous! I just googled Chiapas, and it is added to the list! Thanks for such a great tip! I’m hoping within the next year or so to make it down there! I can’t wait! Thanks, again!

June 12, 2014 at 1:55 pmOh, I KNOW! I have been wanting to go to India for forever, but it seems that another trip opportunity always pops up and takes its place. I will get there ASAP, though. What are your suggestions?
